BIOGRAPHY

Brian Gaskill was born in Hawaii and raised in New Jersey. After earning a Bachelor's Degree in theater from The Acting Conservatory at The State University of New York at Purchase,  Brian broke into television as a hot rising star on Aaron Spelling's Melrose Place spin-off Models Inc. The series garnered him much attention and he subsequently landed the role of "Bobby Warner" - a bad boy turned single father who courageously gave up his child for adoption - on ABC's All My Children in 1995. This role brought Gaskill substantial recognition including being named "Best Younger Actor" by Daytime TV Magazine in 1997 and receiving a nomination for "Outstanding Younger Lead Actor" at the 1997 Soap Opera Awards.

After leaving All My Children, Gaskill emerged in the film market with a role in Sony Screen Gems' The Broken Hearts Club, and the critically acclaimed short film Higher Grounds opposite Ann Cusack in which he portrayed
an angel. Following his feature film appearances, Gaskill guest starred on numerous primetime series including Undressed (MTV), Clueless. The Pretender, and Diagnosis Murder. In 2001, Gaskill returned to daytime television in the role of "Rafe," a vampire slaying angel, whose task it was to bring guidance to the evil-afflicted people on the ABC series Port Charles.

In addition to his acting work, Brian co-founded The Rorschach Group, a theatre company, with fellow actors from college. Under this guise, the company produced XXX Love Act, I Am Yours, Mouthbook, and King Kordagon.

Dedicated and hard working, Gaskill also finds time in his busy schedule to support causes for the well-being of children, animals, teachers and education.
